ANDinfluence is led by Neel Mani Chawla. Neel holds a Bachelor's in Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, and an MBA from MICA Ahmedabad. Prior to co-founding ANDinfluence, Neel has worked in marketing and technology with brands such as redBus.in, media.net, and Wipro. He has extensive experience in brand management, marketing research, advertising technology, and has managed digital media planning and marketing in his earlier roles.He leads a senior team from premier institutions like MICA and IIT Roorkee, with extensive experience in various fields. The team includes experts who have worked in marketing, operations, strategic communications, and business strategy across sectors such as energy, sustainability, and development. They have experience with leading organizations like ICICI Group, IDC, Evalueserve, Asian Development Bank and government departments such as the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India, and the Rural Department, Govt of Gujarat. The team is known for their expertise in setting up new business units, developing corporate communication strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and leading high-level investment discussions. They are passionate about crafting compelling narratives, driving stakeholder engagement, and delivering innovative solutions.
